Question 1

Does Andaluz have a community pool?

Accepted Answer

Susie said Andaluz did not have a community pool. Buyers comparing communities should consider whether they want that amenity and what they would actually use. Check the current community documents for the full amenity list.

Question 2

Can I choose my own finishes at Andaluz?

Accepted Answer

Susie said options depended on the home’s construction stage, with earlier purchases generally allowing more selections. Ask which choices remain open on the specific home you are considering, what each change costs, and when decisions are due. A finished home may offer a different set of choices than one still under construction.
